This is an updated version of a work last published in the 1980s, listing all known transport preservation groups on the island of Ireland.
The book covers railway preservation groups, other transport museums, road vehicles, canals, maritime preservation, transport history bodies, transport development groups and internet discussion groups.
While most of the pieces appear to have been written by the groups concerned, a few appear to have been written by the author and these come across as direct and to the point.
