Site Description
Approaching the station, the signal cabin was on the Up side. The turntable and lcoo shed were on the same side closer to the station. The station building and hotel (both since demolished) were at the end of the line. There was an interesting subway from the station building to the quay side with a moveable staircase to account for different states of the tide.Photographs
